Poor Ralphy! To avoid this kind of thing happening to you on Black Friday - here is a list of resources to help find deals and reduce stress.  I'll be mixing up my own shopping a bit this year with a token shopping trip and more deal hunting online.  In researching the list I also experimented with asking my twitter friends to contribute. Their great ideas are credited to them.
